We marked an exciting milestone as we celebrated the official opening of Fisher’s Vale in Old Marston, Oxford.
Delivered in partnership with OX Place, the development brings 40 much-needed affordable homes to the city, helping to support local people and communities. The scheme includes 26 houses and 14 apartments, with 19 homes available through shared ownership, offering more opportunities for residents to get a foot on the housing ladder.
Sustainability has been a key focus throughout the project. Homes at Fisher’s Vale feature air source heat pumps and heat recovery ventilation, helping to improve energy efficiency while creating comfortable, modern living spaces for residents.
“Fisher’s Vale demonstrates what’s possible when partners share a clear vision to deliver high-quality, sustainable homes for local people. We’re proud to have worked with OX Place to create a development that not only meets housing needs but also provides a welcoming environment where residents can build their futures.” (Greg Hilton, Head of Lucy Developments)
The opening of Fisher’s Vale represents a fantastic achievement and highlights what can be accomplished through strong collaboration, delivering homes that are designed with both people and the planet in mind.
